Amazon Italia Transport Srl - E54 cerca un Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager che sia responsabile della leadership ingegneristica sul sito, della cultura della sicurezza e della conformità normativa. Coordina l’alto livello di disponibilità delle apparecchiature e lavora con il team EU Engineering per pianificare la crescita futura.

• Gestione di team o esperienza in ruolo operativo.
• Esperienza in gestione programma/progetto.
• Laurea in discipline tecniche (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil).

• Inglese CEFR B2 o superiore.
• Esperienza con macchinari automatizzati.

Join us in the Amazon Reliability Maintenance Engineering team. We maintain and optimize technologies in the Global Amazon Warehouse & Delivery Network.

Key job responsibilities

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused people who want to join our team as a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager. The Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager is the site lead for all Engineering matters within a building. They are responsible for leading their team and building a culture of safety; for ensuring all statutory compliance requirements are followed to provide a safe working environment for all occupants of the building; for providing a high level of equipment availability to the General Manager and for working with the EU Engineering team to plan for future growth. They are also required to take part in network wide improvement initiatives and to implement standards created elsewhere in the network.

This role includes a travelling activity of 15%.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Lead the team, own the annual reporting responsibilities for the team and mentor their direct reports who in turn develop the technicians within the team.
• Work with the site Safety department & Site Leadership to implement, record and audit safety and statutory compliance programs to provide a safe working environment for all staff. Own the legal responsibilities as the site engineering lead within this framework.
• Work with the recruitment team to ensure allocated headcount is filled with high quality experienced staff. This may include support to Apprentice and Graduate programs.
• Implement standards validated by the EU Engineering team and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to create or update standards as required in order to provide high levels of safety and equipment availability to our internal customers. A key focus is on preventative maintenance programs.

La retribuzione annua lorda minima per questa posizione è indicata di seguito. La retribuzione indicata corrisponde a un impiego a tempo pieno. Per un impiego a tempo parziale, la retribuzione sarà adeguata proporzionalmente.

Amazon si riserva il diritto di offrire una retribuzione e/o un livello superiore, in base alle competenze, capacità ed esperienza del/della candidato/a. Il pacchetto retributivo di Amazon può includere un bonus di assunzione. Inoltre, il/la candidato/a potrebbe avere diritto a partecipare a un piano di assegnazione di azioni vincolate (RSU) gestito in modo indipendente da Amazon.com Inc. negli Stati Uniti.

Il team di selezione condividerà la retribuzione finale e l'eventuale piano di azioni vincolate, se applicabile, in base alle competenze e ai requisiti.

The minimum gross base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated.

Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon's package may include a sign on payment. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Your recruiting team will share final salary and any restricted stock unit scheme if applicable, depending on skills and requirements.

In addition to statutory benefits, and those applicable to the relevant CBA, company supplementary benefits may apply subject to further terms.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience managing teams, or experience in an operational role
• Experience in program or project management
• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Multi skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Ability to communicate (written & verbal) in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
• Experience of automated equipment including packaging machinery, sortation and conveyor systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer or working towards it
• Full working knowledge of all specialized engineering and facilities equipment within the Fulfillment Center
• experience working with PLC based control system
