Amazon is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead the site engineering team at our Italian facility. You will drive safety, ensure statutory compliance, and maximize equipment availability while collaborating with the EU Engineering team for future growth.

The role includes about 15% travel, with responsibilities across safety programs, headcount planning, and implementing EU-approved standards to maintain world-class performance in our Fulfillment Center.

Competenze

• Experience leading technical teams and managing programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or Civil engineering.
• Proficient communication in English and local language.

Mansioni

• Lead the site engineering team and annual reporting, mentoring technicians.
• Collaborate with Safety, Site Leadership and EU Engineering on compliance and safety programs.
• Ensure headcount planning and high-quality recruitment support.
• Implement EU-approved standards for safety and equipment availability.
