About the job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regulation Expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating EU HVAC & Energy regulations information between headquarters and branch offices.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and implement regulatory activities.
• Monitor and contribute to EU HVAC & Energy regulations, with a focus on VRF systems.
• Analyze regulatory impacts and provide risk warnings.
• Collaborate with product development to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with MBT headquarters on regulatory activities.

Your Background

• Over 5 years of experience in HVAC & Energy industries, especially VRF systems.
• Strong knowledge of EU HVAC & Energy regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication skills, and adaptability in cross-cultural environments.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Willing to travel internationally.
