MUSC Health at Home by BAYADA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health visits in Florence/ Marion, SC. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering rehabilitative and skilled nursing care to homebound clients.

The role requires an SC RN license and at least one year of clinical experience, with preference for home care background. You will document care, manage cases, and use EMR tablet for observations and evaluations.

Competenze

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in SC.
• Minimum of one year of clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in SC.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
