Job summary

Ceres | Recruitment | Interim | Executive | Food & Agri seeks an experienced agronomist to lead viticulture strategy and translate it into field operations for seedless table grapes. You will guide growers, oversee pre-harvest processes and supervise post-harvest activities to maximize yield and fruit quality.

You’ll manage club varieties, align with IP protocols, and coordinate with commercial and export teams while traveling across Southern Europe and Italy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical assistance to growers and O.P.s to implement production programs.
• Translate agronomic strategy into practical vineyard management and quality standards.
• Experience with pre-harvest and post-harvest supervision and export processes.

Responsibilities

• Grower management and agronomical support for national and international seedless table grape growers.
• Provide agronomic guidelines for club varieties and manage tech transfer under IP rules.
• Optimize crop handling to meet market specs, phytosanitary rules, and export requirements.
• Ensure quality, budget and deadlines across vineyard, packing and export stages.
• Collect and analyse operational data to inform production planning and reports.
