A leading engineering recruitment firm is looking for a Director of Services to lead the service operations, P&L, and growth strategies across Southern Europe. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree (MBA preferred) and extensive knowledge in WtE/service operations. Responsibilities include building teams and ensuring customer satisfaction. This full-time role is based in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.

Competenze

• Must have an engineering degree, preferably an MBA.
• Experience in WtE/service operations is essential.
• Strong financial management skill set is required.

Mansioni

• Lead P&L, order intake, and service agreements.
• Build and develop account, field, and technical teams.
• Drive business development, execution, and customer satisfaction.
• Report on performance monthly, quarterly, and annually.
