A leading new energy solution provider in Napoli is seeking a Sales Representative to identify new clients and manage key accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least one year of sales experience in solar or power solutions. Proficiency in English and Italian is required, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. This is a full-time entry-level position with significant growth potential.

Job Description
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients (B2B) for new energy products, achieve regional sales target
  • Manage key accounts, address inquiries and promote company solutions effectively
  • Gather and analyze market trends, customer needs to refine sales strategies
  • Work closely with technical and support teams to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Other work assigned by the leadership
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in power electronics, electrical automation or other engineering disciplines is preferred
  • At least 1 year of channel sales experience, preferably in solar or power solutions
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian
  • Strong negotiation, communication, analytical skills, and good professional ethics
