Autronica now has opportunities for you to join our Maritime department as Regional Sales Manager based in Genova, Italy. As Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in managing our accounts in the maritime market, focusing on the new system solution sales (fire detection systems, gas detection systems) to European yards. The position is responsible for all processes including market analysis, budgeting, marketing, request handling with associated RFQ from customers. In this role you will be directly responsible for taking the initiative to coordinate the sales activities in the assigned market. You will manage customer relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and contribute to marketing and sales strategies.
You demonstrate a customer-oriented attitude, possess exceptional communication skills and have a good commercial acumen. You can adjust fast to changing situations and own the responsibility for the results. In addition, you can work independently, are highly organized with excellent problem‑solving capabilities and attention to detail.
