Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Regional Sales Specialist to support the market development of agricultural drones across Italy. You will be responsible for building and managing sales channels, developing distributor partnerships, and promoting innovative agricultural technologies in your region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and expand regional distributor networks.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective dealer support and customer engagement.
  • Conduct product presentations, field demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and local agricultural practices.
  • Work closely with the headquarters team to align sales strategy and execution.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in the agricultural machinery or agricultural input sector; existing dealer network is a strong plus.
  • Good understanding of local agricultural structures and distribution systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; goal-oriented and self-driven.
  • Fluent in Italian; English proficiency required for internal communication.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
