Un'organizzazione non-profit ricerca un Project Manager per gestire progetti istituzionali nella regione MENA. La figura dovrà garantire la conformità delle proposte e gestire il sistema DYNAMICS, tra le altre responsabilità. Richiesta una laurea magistrale e almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili. È prevista una retribuzione mensile netta tra €2,500 e €3,500, in base all'esperienza e alle competenze.

Competenze

  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza come Project Manager su progetti finanziati da donatori istituzionali con budget superiori a un milione di euro.
  • Esperienza in ruoli di sviluppo di proposte progettuali in ONG o posizioni comparabili.
  • Capacità di gestire attività di formazione e coaching sui sistemi informatici.

Mansioni

  • Verificare che le nuove proposte riflettano le valutazioni basate su evidenze.
  • Stabilire e facilitare meccanismi di apprendimento sistematici tra i paesi MENA.
  • Sovrintendere all'implementazione del sistema DYNAMICS e garantire l'integrità dei dati.
  • Supportare la creazione e il monitoraggio di dashboard regionali sulle performance programmatiche.

Principali compiti e responsabilità

The main responsibilities of the position will include :

1.Business Development & Proposal Development
  • Verify that new proposals reflect evidence-based needs assessments and donor compliance standards.
2. Knowledge Management, Learning & Cross-Country Synergies
  • Establish and facilitate systematic learning mechanisms across MENA countries to share tools, methodologies, curricula, training modules, MEAL frameworks, and innovation pilots.
  • Develop thematic knowledge libraries and regional repositories (via Sharepoint, DYNAMICS or shared platforms) to institutionalize learning and avoid duplication.
  • Support in the promotion of peer-to-peer exchanges between countries (joint meetings, learning workshops).
3. DYNAMICS System Management, Data Governance & IT Coordination
  • Oversee regional implementation and quality assurance of DYNAMICS, ensuring accurate and timely data entry across proposal, project and reporting modules.
  • Conduct compliance checks to ensure projects meet internal archiving, documentation and donor requirements.
  • Coordinate and provide training, capacity-building and coaching of DYNAMICS Officers and PMs on platform (DYNAMICS) usage.
  • Liaise with the IT and HQ technical team to flag system issues.
4. Institutional Strengthening & Regional Alignment
  • Support the creation and monitoring of regional dashboards on programme performance, tracking progress against strategic objectives.
Requisiti essenziali
  • Master’s Degree.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and French (both written and spoken).
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing institutional donor-funded projects with budgets over one million euros, preferably in the MENA region, or experience in project proposal development roles at regional or headquarters offices of NGOs, or in comparable positions.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and proficiency in internet browsing and communication tools.
Competenze ed esperienze richieste
  • Knowledge of Italian and / or Arabic.
  • Previous work experience in the non-profit sector in the MENA region.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, strong teamwork skills, and flexibility.
  • Net monthly salary between €2,500 and €3,500, depending on experience, technical and language skills, and academic background.
  • References required for the last 5 years of work.
