  • Define and implement product strategies for the EMEA market, aligned with global objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to increase revenue and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Develop competitive pricing models to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Support demand planning and forecasting in coordination with supply chain teams.
  • Lead new product launches and market entry strategies in EMEA.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.
  • Provide regional insights to contribute to the global product roadmap.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing within the industrial sector.
  • Fluency in English; other European languages are an advantage.
  • Technical knowledge of connector products or industrial applications is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA industrial market, customer segments, and trends.
  • Experience in pricing strategy, negotiation, and profitable sales growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and assess market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
