Our client is a global technology leader in connectivity and sensor solutions, committed to building a safer, sustainable, and more connected world. We are looking for an Regional Product Manager - heavy-duty connectors listed in the categorie protette (L. 68 / 99).
- Define and implement product strategies for the EMEA market, aligned with global objectives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to increase revenue and strengthen customer relationships.
- Develop competitive pricing models to maximize profitability and market share.
- Support demand planning and forecasting in coordination with supply chain teams.
- Lead new product launches and market entry strategies in EMEA.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.
- Provide regional insights to contribute to the global product roadmap.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing within the industrial sector.
- Fluency in English; other European languages are an advantage.
- Technical knowledge of connector products or industrial applications is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the EMEA industrial market, customer segments, and trends.
- Experience in pricing strategy, negotiation, and profitable sales growth.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and assess market opportunities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
