The Regional Key Account Retail is responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue from GDO accounts within the Sicily region. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management – Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with GDO clients. Ensure agreements align with profitability objectives.
  • Account Management – Develop and maintain relationships with key groups within the assigned region. Understand clients’ objectives, challenges and requirements.
  • Sales Strategy Development – Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with field sales teams and other departments.
  • Customer Relationship Management – Utilize CRM tools to manage customer information, track sales activities, and monitor account performance.
  • Customer Service – Address customer inquiries, concerns and issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with service teams to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications and Knowledge
  • 4-5 years of experience in Sales and Account Management, preferably in the FMCG industry and GDO.
  • Familiarity with FMCG market dynamics and distribution channel.
  • Good knowledge of Office applications – especially Excel.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Team player with an open mind and flexible attitude.
