Regional Key Account area TRIVENETO (Parfum)

Adecco Italia – Regional Key Account for the fragrance sector in the Triveneto area. The role involves managing key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth within the region. It offers the chance to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the strategic development of the client’s business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Take orders and implement the commercial plan, negotiate and follow sales agreements and payment terms.
  • Supervise the implementation of trade marketing plans.
  • Make monthly reports and dashboards on retail and product sales KPIs, including retail sales evolution per door and market analysis.
  • Ensure product portfolio strategy at POS (full assortment, innovations) and optimal stock management.
  • Present novelties in detail and constantly map and monitor competitors.
  • Be accountable for visual merchandising excellence at POS, ensuring implementation follows brand guidelines.
  • Continue to elevate distribution through ongoing assessments.
  • Maintain daily interaction with MFK & ADP departments.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales background and negotiation skills in the beauty industry or retail.
  • Business acumen: ability to seize new opportunities for the brand.
  • Willingness to travel; a valid driving licence is required.
  • Analytical skills (Office suite).
  • Proactive team player with high reliability and integrity.
  • Good at influencing and results‑oriented.
  • Fluent in English.
Additional Information

Location: Preferably Veneto. Initial 1‑year contract with potential for permanent employment. III livello CCNL commercio, Ral 30K+ company car and expense reimbursement.
