The role includes developing HR strategies, coaching leaders, and ensuring organizational effectiveness. Candidates should have over 8 years of HR experience, including 4 in leadership roles, and strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in Workday is preferred.

• 8+ years of HR experience in an international group environment.
• 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Good understanding of European employment laws and labor relations.
• Experience in union negotiations and organizational restructuring.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
