An automotive innovation group in Torino is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner. This role involves supporting the HR Director in strategic initiatives, managing HR performance data, and ensuring alignment within an international team. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a Master’s in law or human sciences, fluent in English, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. The position is a 24-month VIE contract, starting January 2026, with a dynamic growth opportunity.

VIE – as part of the reinforcement program of youth employability, Business France created the VIE Contract for young European. To be eligible to the program, one must be between the age of 18 to 28 years old, have European citizenship and have never worked in the country where they apply to. Profile
You are a highly motivated and dynamic young graduate with a master’s degree in law or human sciences, eager to grow within an international environment.
You are customer-oriented, thrive in ambiguous situations, and demonstrate a strong "Develop Yourself" mindset. They are result-driven, with a data-driven and analytical approach, you are capable of translating complex insights into strategic actions.
You have excellent presentation and communication skills, along with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all different levels. The role requires autonomy, discretion, and professionalism, as well as flexibility to travel frequently.
You are a team player with a serious desire to learn and a clear ambition to build an international career will thrive in this position.
You are fluent in English, and German is a plus.
