Medtronic seeks a Senior Marketing Lead for Specialized Surgical—Indirect ME & ICA markets including Firenze, Toscana. You will lead marketing and market development across Hernia, Wound Management, and TruClear, partnering with sales, upstream marketing, and clinical teams to drive adoption, awareness, and patient access.

You will shape regional growth strategies, educate stakeholders, and manage campaigns, events, and training to expand market presence with data-driven insights and AI-enabled

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of sales and marketing experience in healthcare or medical devices.
• Cross-functional collaboration with commercial, marketing, clinical, and market access teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience with data-driven marketing, dashboards, and AI-driven insights is a plus.

• Lead marketing and market development for Hernia, Wound Management, and TruClear across ME & ICA.
• Drive therapy adoption and awareness through customer education and clinical engagement.
• Collaborate with sales, distributors, clinical, and market access teams to implement regional growth strategies.
