Kirby Group Engineering in Milano, Italy, seeks a Regional EHS Manager to provide strategic leadership over Environmental, Health & Safety across multiple projects in Italy. You will drive compliance, promote a strong safety culture, and support operational teams while implementing Kirby’s EHS Management System.

The role requires a Level 8 or equivalent degree in OSH or related discipline, 10+ years of EHS experience in construction/engineering, senior leadership experience, and strong knowledge

Competenze

• Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years' EHS experience in construction/engineering/related industries.
• Experience in senior EHS leadership across multiple projects/locations.
• Professional membership (IOSH or equivalent) desirable.

Mansioni

• Lead EHS teams across the region.
• Monitor EHS performance, KPIs, audits, incidents and compliance.
• Ensure consistent EHS Management System implementation across projects.
• Lead serious incident investigations and oversee corrective actions.
• Conduct regional audits and inspections for continuous improvement.
• Provide EHS guidance to leadership, teams, clients and contractors.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Develop and deliver EHS initiatives and training.
• Support tender submissions, client engagements, and prequalification requirements.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and stakeholders as required.
