Location: Rome, Italy

Role Purpose

The RAM (Regional Access Manager) supports the implementation of the corporate commercial strategy at the regional and local strategic key account level and ensures optimal market access for Galderma products within the assigned area.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement actions to secure presence of company medicines in regional, hospital and local formularies
  • Interact with regional and local authorities to present cost‑effectiveness, budget impact and pharmaco‑economic analyses of Galderma drugs
  • Build partnership initiatives to promote patient care process understanding and identify paths to contain pharmaceutical and health expenditure
  • Identify and develop relationships with regional and local institutions, defining and implementing projects of common interest
  • Identify decision makers, understand their needs and collaborate to facilitate patients’ access to therapies
  • Promptly update the company on risks, opportunities and initiatives at regional and local level
  • Collaborate with other company functions involved in local territory management
  • Report any barriers to access of Galderma drugs found locally by other functions
  • Identify Strategic Key Accounts in alignment with sales
  • Support sales in commercial management of company products at the level of the selected Key Accounts, working with hospital pharmacists and financial administrators
  • Represent the company at external activities such as meetings and congresses
  • Support supply chain and tenders in the interaction at regional account level
  • Promote private agreements on Galderma portfolio based on price agreements
  • Interact with public officials of purchasing bodies for commercial negotiations of the entire portfolio in close collaboration with sales and supply chain, following regulations and company guidelines
Professional Experience And Education
  • Degree preferably in scientific subjects (biology, chemistry, pharmacy, medicine)
  • Previous and consolidated experience in the pharmaceutical industry
