Candidates should possess a university degree and fluency in Italian and English, along with 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a sales context. Responsibilities

• Recruitment and CV screening through various job portals.
• Conducting interviews (phone, online, and in person).
• End-to-end management of the selection process, from opening to closing.
• Support in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Constant communication and coordination with internal managers.
• Collection and analysis of recruitment metrics.

Requirements

What would we like to see in your CV?

• University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.
• Italian and English C1 is mandatory
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience recruiting, specially within Sales Department
• Advanced level of office automation skills.
