Casa Brera is a Luxury Collection Hotel in the heart of Milan, offering an authentic and elegant guest experience. We are looking for a talented bartender to join our bar team and deliver memorable service to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Deliver tailored service to Cloud 7 hotel, Colere guests and daily ski visitors, establishing the bar as a key destination.
  • Ensure excellence in service quality and adherence to Kerten Hospitality's brand standards.
  • Process bills and handle payments accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas, ensuring readiness for each service period.
  • Build rapport with guests by being attentive, approachable, and professional.
  • Anticipate customer needs and respond promptly to enhance the dining experience.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in operations and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Adapt quickly to customer preferences and special requests.
  • Uphold the restaurant's brand values through consistent and polished service.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
