RINA is seeking a Real Estate Market Analyst to join the Real Estate General Management division in Rome. The role focuses on market intelligence, data gathering, and benchmarking to support property valuations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Conduct market intelligence and research on real estate trends across property types.
Gather and validate data on market values, sale and rental prices from reliable sources.
Perform benchmarking analyses of property values by geography and asset type.
Assess supply and demand dynamics and prepare summaries of demand drivers.
Collaborate with senior team members and prepare presentations and reports.
