EIC - Experience Internship Canada is seeking a motivated Real Estate Investment & Development Intern to join its Rome team. You will assess opportunities, conduct market research, analyze costs and potential income, and support financial modeling under supervision to help shape decisions.

You will gain practical experience in property evaluation, location strategy, stakeholder coordination, and documentation while developing Excel skills, data interpretation, and professional English

You will help assess real estate opportunities and location or accommodation options related to EIC activities. You will combine market research, financial analysis and information coordination.

This internship is based in Rome, Italy.
