We are assisting a well-known Real Estate team is seeking an associates to join its Real Estate practice in Milan. The real estate transactions team is expanding and is keen to attract ambitious talent eager to thrive within a collaborative environment focused on high-profile real estate deals.

As part of the team, the successful candidate will work closely with colleagues on the sale and purchase of major real estate investments and large-scale developments. The group provides a platform where motivated young lawyers can accelerate their development and gain exposure to complex, market-leading transactions.

The Associate will advise Italian and international clients on Real Estate matters and M&A. Experience in Real Estate is required, along with a solid understanding of sale and purchase law and lease law. Fluency in English is essential for this role, enabling effective communication with the firm’s global clientele.
