Location : Hybrid — Tue / Thu on-site in Rome, 3 days remote

Salary : €30K–€50K gross RAL (based on experience)

Role Objective

Lead the development of robust, high-performance React Native apps with measurable quality and reliable continuous delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain mobile features with React Native + TypeScript
• Collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers (Go-based APIs, API-first)
• Ensure quality with automated tests , code reviews, and CI / CD
• Improve performance, stability, and UX across iOS / Android (use OTA where appropriate)
• Shape the product roadmap in a lean, agile environment focused on customer experience

✅ Requirements (Senior)

• 3+ years hands-on with React Native (TypeScript)
• Strong grasp of architecture, performance, and maintainability
• Solid experience with ES6+ , Git , and REST integrations
• Fluent English , written and spoken
• Bonus : DDD, functional / E2E testing (e.g., Detox), Go APIs, AWS

• Feature flags , A / B testing
• Accessibility , localization, offline-first
