Teoresi Inc is an international Group, with offices in Europe and United States, that acts as an engineering partner to customers’ product and process development. We are always looking for new talents and highly specialized professionals, more specifically for:

Railway Engineers

Job requirements

• Utilize railway‑specific simulation and testing tools for system validation and integration
• Employ diagnostic and monitoring tools to analyze train networks and communication systems (e.g., TCMS, Ethernet‑based protocols)
• Using MATLAB/Simulink or equivalent modeling tools for system design, simulation, and validation
• Ensuring that railway systems meet all relevant safety standards and regulations, such as EN 50126, EN 50128, and EN 50129
• Integration of onboard and wayside subsystems, including signaling components, sensors, communication interfaces, and control units, into system‑level testing environments (e.g., HIL/SIL)
• Maintain detailed documentation of test setups, procedures, and results in compliance with railway standards and certification processes
• Generate comprehensive test reports to communicate findings to stakeholders, support regulatory compliance efforts, and facilitate continuous improvement

Preferential position requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field
• Background in railway or transportation industry
• Strong analytic and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in system integration, validation, and verification within railway environments
• Familiarity with railway communication protocols, signaling systems (e.g., ERTMS/ETCS, CBTC), and embedded systems development is considered a plus
• Experience with safety‑critical systems and compliance with railway regulations
