A multinational engineering company is seeking an R&D Test Engineer for its Monza site. This role includes maintaining the test area, executing prototype tests, and ensuring safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with machinery, outstanding problem-solving skills, and be comfortable with travel. A background in mechanics and strong communication abilities are crucial for success in this position.

Competenze

• Understand the basics in the fuel conditioning and separation process on ships.
• Knowledge of Safety principles and rules.
• Experience in test and troubleshooting, on ship experience would be a plus.
• Available for travels upon necessity (about 20% of time).
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Mansioni

• Keep the test area operative and in working order.
• Take part in the prototypes test execution and support engineers for operative activities.
• Take part in commissioning and testing of prototypes off-site (within Europe).
• Define and update test area procedures.
• Guarantee safety procedures are respected by people accessing the test area.
