Your contribution to Prysmian's Success :

As part of our HQ R&D team, we are looking for an R&D Installation Engineer to join our laboratory in Quattordio (AL). Reporting directly to the R&D Electrical Laboratories Manager, you will :

• Coordinate teams of jointers to install timely with the best quality standards the accessories required by the contracts.
• Ensure the suitability of accessories to be installed, ensure NWC operating instructions application and control any critical phase of the accessory’s installation.
• Plan the activities optimizing the resources and tools assigned to the specific projects of accessories installation with strong focus on the technical aspects.
• Coordinate helpers (subcontracted) on site if required.
• Guarantee the compliance with internal rules and procedures during the entire process.

You are the right fit if you have / are :

• Technical Degree in Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge and familiarity with all basic and common software tools like Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and Internet use.
• Willingness to travel also abroad.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset.
