ITT Inc. cerca un tirocinante per il team R&D Chemical Lab a Bar‑ge (CN). Sotto la guida del Research Analysis Manager, entrerai in un contesto internazionale e collaborativo, contribuendo alla caratterizzazione dei materiali di attrito e all’analisi fisico‑chimica.

Durante il tirocinio imparerai a gestire test, interpretare i risultati, proporre azioni correttive e sviluppare nuove metodologie di prove, collaborando con università e centri di ricerca.

Competenze

• Corso di Laurea triennale o magistrale in chimica, scienza dei materiali o campi affini.
• Spirito curioso e passione per l’apprendimento.
• Ottime capacità comunicative, sia scritte sia orali.

Mansioni

• Analisi fisico‑chimica dei materiali di attrito, interpretazione dei risultati e identificazione di eventuali criticità.
• Gestione dei test fisico e chimici dei materiali di attrito.
• Analisi dei risultati ottenuti e implementazione di azioni correttive necessarie per soddisfare le richieste dei clienti.
• Ricerca di soluzioni innovative rispetto agli esiti delle analisi dei materiali testati.
• Applicazione e sviluppo di metodologie di test fisici.

Riepilogo posizione

We’re looking for R&D Chemical Lab intern (tirocinio) to join our R&D Chemical Lab team in Barge (CN).

Reporting to the Research Analysis Manager you will experience a uniquely high-performing, inclusive and collaborative working culture.

You will have the opportunity to understand the organization of a multinational production and the organizational structure of the Research and Development department that has worked for many years with Universities and research centres to identify areas for improvement related to the characterisation of brake pads and their raw materials.

Responsabilità essenziali

• Physical-chemical analysis of friction materials, interpretation of the results and identification of any critical issues
• Management of physical and chemical testing of friction material
• Analysis of the results obtained and implementation of the necessary corrective actions in order to satisfy the Customers' requests
• Finding innovative solutions to the expected results of the material analyses tested
• Applying and developing physical-test methodologies
