Quality Control Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to strengthen our Quality team. You will support the deployment of the quality strategy, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations.

Assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems, mainly in the Electronics field. Collaborate with local functions that impact quality results to reach targets for the organizational unit and aim for world‑class level performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for new product/feature validation.
  • Key actor in the management of non‑conformity incidents—cooperating closely with other business functions and suppliers.
  • Point of reference for customers in the management of non‑conformities and during process audits/visits to ensure compliance.
  • Responsible for managing all quality data accurately to better understand the status quo and prevent future non‑conformities through continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Engineering with electronics knowledge.
  • Interest in quality control processes & methodologies and statistical analysis.
  • Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
  • Positive spirit, proactivity, teamwork, decision‑making.
  • Commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility for assigned tasks and projects.
  • Experience in the electronics field is a plus.
  • Comfortable communicating in Italian and English.
