About the role:

As a Quality Project Engineer you will be the quality lead for an assigned project. You will be the main reference for quality issues on the project, serving as a central contact point between the project team and the customer (or its Inspectors). You will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the Project Quality Program and for implementing customer quality requirements into dedicated documentation. You will report to the Product Assurance Manager and be located at our facility in Monfalcone, Italy. You will have a hybrid working schedule of up to 3 days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer quality requirements: the QPE ensures that they are covered by Company Quality Program; if not, he/she develops and maintains a Project Quality Plan (PQP).
  • Ensure the flow down of quality requirements both from customer contract and standard and codes point of view. The documentation managed includes project specific procedures, material purchasing specifications, manufacturing control plans and suppliers' documents.
  • Review project purchase orders: the QPE reviews and supports the Supply Chain department reviewing purchase orders and purchase specifications to assure all applicable quality requirements are included.
  • Components certificates review: the QPE is accountable for certificates review and acceptance, to ensure the proper validation during the incoming material phases.
  • Training: the QPE is accountable to train all stakeholders on the quality requirements related to the project held, ensuring the proper flow down across the Company organization.
  • Nonconformities management: the QPE issues, reviews and manages non‑conformities according to project requirements. When applicable for the specific job, QPE is responsible for interface with other internal departments to speed up NCRs process. Gestione delle nonns:
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience; experience in highly regulated industry will be considered.
  • Graduated high school (five years) / College degree (three‑five years)
  • English language (B2 written/spoken).
