We are looking for a
Quality Process Engineer
to join the Local Quality Department for a six months internship in our HQ located in Castelfranco Veneto!
ACCOUNTABILITY & OBJECTIVES
- Perform Quality Internal Audit
- Develop and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001 : 2015
- Management of customer claims
Promote Continuous Improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and support the execution of internal audits, issue audit reports, identify improvement opportunities, and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions
- Ensure that quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms) is up-to-date and accessible via the intranet
- Monitor changes in ISO standards and customer-specific requirements; update the QMS accordingly to ensure ongoing compliance
- Draft, revise, and verify quality procedures and work instructions in collaboration with process owners
- Analyse quality data and trends to detect root causes and identify areas for improvement
- Support and participate in third-party audits and customer audits
- Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with all departments to ensure quality requirements are understood and met
- Support the Quality Team in enhancing process effectiveness and efficiency
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to define priorities and focus areas for quality improvement initiatives
Skills & qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
- A Master and/or any other further qualification related to Quality Management is appreciated (e.g. qualified auditor, Six Sigma black or green belt)
- University degree with specialization on Quality is highly appreciated
- A previous internship experience in Quality Management is appreciated
KNOWLEDGE
- A good knowledge of Quality Management is needed
- A good knowledge of Quality Systems is required (ISO 9001)
- Knowledge of most important quality tools is appreciated (Statistical Process Control, FMEA, PPAP, Capability study, Control Plan)
- Knowledge of most diffused IT tools is needed
LANGUAGES
Fluency in Italian. A good knowledge of English is highly recommended.
