A leading engineering firm in Torino is seeking a Quality Officer to oversee the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards. The successful candidate will manage internal audits, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration in quality and safety matters. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and fluency in Italian and English are required. This role provides opportunities for professional growth.
The Quality Officer reports to the Quality and Safety Manager, who is responsible for leading and coordinating the integrated Quality Management Systems across the organization, with a strong focus on company quality standards.
Quality System Management: The Officer oversees the implementation and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) ensuring cross-departmental integration.
The Officer supervises internal audits, non-conformity management, and corrective/preventive actions, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer requirements.
Continuous Improvement: The Officer leads continuous improvement projects by analyzing data and KPIs, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing innovative solutions.
Reporting and Communication: The Officer assists the Q&S Manager to prepares periodic reports for senior management, providing detailed analysis and strategic proposals.
Cross-Functional Projects: The Officer supports the Q&S Manager in managing specific projects related to quality and safety, acting as a technical and operational reference point.
Organizational Relationships: The Officer works cross-functionally with all company departments, in particular with the HR department, acting as a facilitator and coordinator for quality and safety matters.
