Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
- Conduct audits and inspections of processes, products, and systems to verify adherence to quality requirements
- Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, root causes of problems, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Production, Service) to resolve quality-related issues
- Train and guide personnel on quality procedures, tools, and best practices
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance KPIs, audit results, and related corrective actions
- Analyze and resolve non-conformities and customer complaints
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, SPC, and Six Sigma
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Maintain and improve quality management systems (QMS) and related documentation
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Technical high school diploma or university degree in a technical field (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the automotive sector
- Solid knowledge of quality assurance methods and tools (e.g., 8D, process approval, statistical process control)
- Familiarity with continuous improvement principles (e.g., 5S, PDCA cycle)
- Basic knowledge of risk management (e.g., FMEA) and project management is considered a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a plus
