Cleaf, a leader in panel production located in Monza, is seeking a Quality Engineer to support their Quality Department. The ideal candidate will manage product compliance, customer complaints, and laboratory testing, ensuring excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
With a degree in Engineering or Science and 2-5 years' experience, you'll engage in continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate across departments. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with sustainability topics are essential. The role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic, structured framework.
Who we are: Cleaf is a 50-year-old, family-owned Italian company and a leader in the design and production of melamine‑faced panels, ABS edge bands and high‑pressure laminates for luxury furniture, supplying major international brands. The company operates 3 plants in the Lissone area (MB), employs 320 people and works on 3 shifts.
We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our Quality Department Team (4 people). The role offers a structured growth path in technical expertise, methodologies and cross‑functional collaboration within a dynamic and evolving environment.
The Quality Engineer will support the Quality Department in activities related to product certification, compliance, continuous improvement, laboratory testing, new product development, supplier quality and environmental/sustainability topics. The role requires daily interaction with internal departments, auditors, suppliers and, when necessary, customers. Business trips may occasionally be required, on the Italian territory and internationally.
We offer inclusion in a solid, structured and international‑oriented company, with a dynamic and collaborative working environment. You will have the opportunity to grow professionally through continuous technical training and hands‑on experience across multiple quality, compliance and product‑related processes. You will play an active role in driving the evolution of our quality systems and methodologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of Cleaf’s products and operations.
The job offer is open to candidates of all genders, in compliance with Laws 903/77 and 125/91.
