Olympus Italia Srl cerca un Quality Manager per assicurare l’efficacia del QMS in Italia, con responsabilità su KPI di qualità, conformità ISO 9001/13485 e gestione audit.

La posizione, basata a Segrate, prevede collaborazione con le unità operative e funzioni QARA, con focus su miglioramento continuo e sicurezza del paziente.

Il pacchetto retributivo prevede 40–50k euro lordi all’anno su 14 mensilità, con bonus basato su autonomia ed esperienza.

Competenze

• Implementa, mantiene e verifica il QMS del sito con conformità a ISO 9001/13485.
• Audit readiness: guida audit interne ed esterne e azioni correttive.
• Formazione e competenze: eroga o coordina formazione qualità obbligatoria e mantiene registri.
• KPI e reporting: monitora metriche qualità di sito tra cui reclami, CAPA, non conformità e ispezioni.
• Cultura e leadership: promuove sicurezza del paziente e una cultura della qualità, rispetto delle politiche.
• Supporto interfunzionale: collabora con Operations, Regulatory, Commercial per gestione rischi e operatività.

Mansioni

• Governance e conformità qualità: implementa e monitora QMS, garantisce conformità ISO 9001, ISO 13485 e normative nazionali/internazionali.
• Audit readiness: guida audit interni/esterni e azioni correttive.
• Formazione e competenze: eroga formazione qualità e mantiene registri.
• KPI e Reporting: traccia e riporta metriche qualità del sito (lamentele, CAPA, non conformità, ispezioni).
• Cultura e leadership: promuove sicurezza del paziente e cultura della qualità tra lo staff.
• Supporto cross-funzionale: collabora con Operations, Regulatory, Commercial per esecuzione operativa e mitigazione rischi.

The Quality Manager, South, is responsible for the performance of the Quality Management Systems in Italy, ensuring that Sales and Service operations meet global KPIs as well as regional and local quality metrics.

This role acts as a business partner to the Italy Lead. Within Italy, it ensures effective communication with Business Units & Functions on quality and regulatory matters, fosters strong collaboration among the QARA functions operating in the cluster, and manages the interfaces with the certification owners governing the cluster’s QMS structures.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Quality Governance & Compliance: Implement, maintain, and monitor site QMS; ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and other national and international regulations.
• Audit Readiness Lead and coordinate internal and external audits; ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Training & Competence Deliver or coordinate mandatory quality training; maintain competency records.
• KPI & Reporting Track and report site quality metrics, including complaints, CAPA, nonconformances, inspection findings, FCAs etc.
• Culture & Leadership Promote patient safety and quality culture; ensure staff adherence to policies.
• Cross-functional Support Collaborate with business functions (Operations, Regulatory, Commercial) to ensure smooth operational execution and risk mitigation.

Business Areas

• Field Service Oversight Ensure field service procedures follow QMS and risk management.
• Distribution & Storage Monitor storage, shipment, cold-chain (if applicable), and product integrity.
• Customer Feedback Integration Ensure complaints, returns, and feedback from field service/sales are captured in QMS.
• Regulatory Compliance Oversee labeling, documentation, and local regulatory requirements for shipped devices.
• KPI Monitoring (Commercial) Track delivery quality, field service incident rate, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Employment Terms and Compensation

The position is offered under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio), with a Gross Annual Salary (RAL) ranging from €40,000 to €50,000, paid over 14 monthly and consisting of both a fixed and a variable component.

The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, acquired skills, and demonstrated level of autonomy, ensuring alignment with the role and the company’s internal equity principles.
