A leading automotive parts manufacturer is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead their Quality Department. Responsibilities include overseeing the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, and driving continuous improvements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 3-5 years of experience in Quality Management, and strong knowledge of quality standards and tools. This full-time position is based in Piemonte, offering an opportunity to enhance quality processes within the organization.

Competenze

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Management in the automotive sector.
  • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, MSA, and SPC.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our Quality Department. The successful candidate will oversee the Quality Management System, ensure compliance with industry standards (IATF 16949), and drive continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
  • Lead and develop the Quality team, ensuring efficient quality control processes on the shop floor.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits, customer audits, and third‑party audits.
  • Monitor quality KPIs and define corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Manage internal and external non‑conformities using 8D, FMEA, PPAP, and other problem‑solving tools.
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Customer Service to implement quality improvements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for OEM/Tier 1 customers on quality‑related topics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in Quality Management in the automotive sector.
  • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, MSA, and SPC.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage complex issues.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
