A global logistics company is seeking a Quality Management System Implementation Specialist to support the roll-out of a new electronic QMS. This role involves liaising with various teams, managing training, and ensuring adherence to quality standards across multiple locations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has experience in the healthcare or logistics industry, and is fluent in Italian and English. This position offers remote working flexibility with occasional visits to the facility in Spino d'Adda.
We are currently looking for a NextGen eQMS Implementation Specialist to join our UPS Healthcare team. The role supports the global roll‑out of a new electronic Quality Management System (QMS), from preparation through Go‑Live and post‑implementation “hyper‑care” support across multiple business units and countries within the wider UPS Healthcare organization.
As a NextGen eQMS Implementation Specialist, you will work with a cross‑functional team including IT, product managers, quality, and compliance professionals. You will be a key player in the delivery of this new system.
This role is open to remote working in Italy. Candidates must attend the UPS Healthcare Facility (Spino d’Adda, Cremona) for onboarding and infrequent visits (<1 per month).
Salary package starting from around €37,600 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Fixed term.
