Job Summary

Provides leadership, motivation, and training to the work area by supervising team members and helping them meet the company's goals in terms of quality, schedule, yield, and productivity according to procedure. Coordinates day-to-day activities of the work area, from start of flow to finish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist Quality Engineer in the use and creation of statistical tools in the workcell.
  • Assist Quality Engineer with designing and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions.
  • Support production with troubleshooting and defect resolution.
  • Ensure capability studies are performed on critical processes.
  • Perform first article inspection, review visual aids, and update inspection visual aids.
  • Perform defect analysis reporting.
  • Perform line and product audits.
  • Assist Quality Engineering in APQP.
  • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
  • Comply with all procedures within the company security policy.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma and minimum of two years related experience and/or training. College degree preferred.
  • Opportunities available in 1st and 2nd shifts.
