AYES - Management & Technology Consulting is seeking a Quality Engineer/Officer to join the Torino team. You will work with the Quality Manager, Executives, HR, and customers to ensure an effective QMS and drive continuous improvement.

The role involves liaising with international subsidiaries and promoting quality culture across the organization. Ideal candidates have a strong background in Quality Management, ISO 9001 knowledge, and audit experience, with good English and collaborative skills

Competenze

• Background in Quality Management, with knowledge of ISO 9001 principles.
• Must have good written and spoken English.
• Experience with internal or external audits is appreciated.
• Familiarity with EN9100 standard is a plus (not mandatory).

Mansioni

• Support deployment, maintenance, and improvement of the QMS across the company.
• Assist with internal and external audits and follow-up actions.
• Help respond to customers' quality requirements and homologation questionnaires.
• Monitor compliance and contribute to corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote quality culture through training and best practices.
