Candidates should have a strong technical background, fluency in Italian, and previous experience in a quality control environment. You will conduct quality checks, manage materials, and promote a culture of quality and improvement within the production process.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Perform quality checks during the production process to ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct incoming material control to verify quality before production begins.
• Drive the Quality Gate concept in manufacturing to enhance production efficiency.
• Detect nonconformities and coordinate corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
• Promote a culture of quality throughout the production process, fostering continuous improvement.
• Ensure that all quality requirements are met during the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent experience in a technical field (electro-technical or mechanical preferred) with a strong ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written); fluency in Italian is essential for this role.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• No limitations for working at heights and willingness to travel nationally and occasionally internationally (10-15% of the time).
• Strong target orientation, initiative, autonomy, and a collaborative spirit. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in quality control department in a factory environment is preferred.
