GENERAL NEEDS OF THE COMPANY:
Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality control at all stages of the Jetson aircraft production and assembly;
  • Implement performance tests and functional inspections;
  • Draft and update operating procedures and quality control forms;
  • Coordinate audits and manage corrective / preventive actions;
  • Train operational staff on quality procedures and technical specifications;
  • Manage non-conformities, maintaining constant dialogue with suppliers;
  • Collaborate with Management for the adoption of sustainable and innovative practices.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Technical diploma or equivalent educational background;
  • Proven experience in quality control processes, preferably within the metalworking, or electrical sectors;
  • Strong manual skills and proficiency in using measurement instruments;
  • High level of precision, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Soft Skills:
  • “Can-do, will-do” attitude with a proactive approach and willingness to take action;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
  • Applies time management, effective planning, prioritizing, and organizing skills to maximize productivity;
  • Brings a positive attitude and energy to the workplace;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must have a valid Class B driving license;
  • Must be eligible for employment in Italy and willing to work onsite.
