This Position reports to: Quality Control Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

You will conduct tests with a focus on safety, efficiency, quality, and productivity to ensure that products and systems meet stated requirements. You will apply various test protocols and current industry standards to maintain high quality levels, collaborating in the development of new test protocols to verify the integrity of new products and improve existing ones.

  • Conducting long‑term reliability tests on mass production.
  • Analyzing test results according to applicable standards to verify product compliance.
  • Zero series: conducting validation tests to ensure the quality of new products and suppliers, and managing assigned validation projects.
  • Performing failure and root cause analysis for apparatus and switchgears.
  • Carrying out activities necessary for the preparation and drafting of test reports (DMAIC).
  • Collaborating with team members to optimize test protocols and capabilities, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of test outcomes.
  • Safety: using safety systems to perform work, contributing to an accident‑free workplace. Reporting unsafe situations when observed and working with local HSE teams to improve safety systems.
Qualifications For The Role
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Alternatively, technical high school diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Good manual and hands‑on technical skills.
  • Analysis capability and interpretation of data results.
  • Teamwork, organizational skills, and problem‑solving aptitude.
  • You are at ease communicating in Italian and have a good command of English.
