A leading engineering firm is seeking a Quality Control Coordinator in Milan, Italy. The role involves managing and coordinating quality control activities to ensure compliance and quality standards. Strong skills in communication and experience in engineering/manufacturing environments are essential. Candidates must be fluent in Italian and English and exhibit excellent organizational abilities.
Role summary
A proactive Quality Control Coordinator with strong skills/experience in managing coordinating and administration of Quality Control activities and functions.
Responsibilities:
• Coordination of quality control and quality engineering activities.
• Timely scheduling and allocation of inspector / QC Engineer attendance for specific
quality control activities including pre-inspection meetings and stage & final
inspection and testing.
• Allocation of inspection personnel commensurate to relevant inspection / test
activities.
• Maintain registers of notification of inspections across multiple projects with
multiple vendors / sub-contractors
• Coordination of Quality Issue and Non-Conformance Report close outs
• Preparation of Manufacturing Record Book (MRB) indexes and assembly /
compilation of manufacturing record books / manufacturing data records (MDR).
• Checking of certification and reports for accuracy and completeness prior to
inclusion within MRB / MDR.
• Preparation of data to support Quality management reviews and report system
improvements.

• Experienced in a Coordination / Administration within an Engineering / Manufacturing
environment preferably in the Energy / Industrial Applications or similar industry.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word,
• Excellent communicator verbal and written (Italian and English)
• Excellent team player
• Resourceful, well organised, highly dependable, efficient and detail orientated
