A global consumer products company in Castiglione delle Stiviere, Lombardia is seeking a Quality Compliance Specialist. This role includes supporting the implementation of quality and food safety systems, assessing compliance, and managing documentation. The ideal candidate will have a Food Technology degree, 3-5 years of experience in a food or pet food manufacturing environment, and strong project management and communication skills. The position offers full-time employment in a collaborative and inclusive workplace.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in a food/pet food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP, cGMPs, and SPC.

Mansioni

• Supporting the implementation of quality and food safety systems.
• Assessing compliance against internal standards and closing identified gaps.
• Maintaining documentation management systems.
• Supporting the product release process.
• Executing Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), Internal Audit, Management of Change (MOC).
• Leading on-floor internal audit programs and tracking KPIs.
• Managing customer complaint issues and driving continuous improvement.
• Facilitating quality trainings and sharing best practices.
