PENNY ITALIA is looking for a Quality Specialist to oversee compliance with food safety and quality regulations within their Quality Control Department. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and managing supplier relations, requiring a degree in a technical food-related area and extensive experience. Exceptional organizational and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in English and Office tools. This position is based in Cernusco sul Naviglio, Italy, and is essential to uphold the quality standards of PENNY's offerings.

Competenze

• 5-6 years of experience in a similar role within structured environments, preferably in GDO sector.
• Excellent organizational skills and analytical abilities.
• Capacity to interface at different levels.

Mansioni

• Ensure the implementation of guidelines set by the Management in compliance with current regulations.
• Guarantee and ensure the safety and quality of suppliers/products.
• Manage the supplier/product onboarding and surveillance process.
• Conduct analytical performance assessments and audits at supplier facilities.
• Handle non-conformities identified through self-control measures.
• Manage critical suppliers/products and evaluate performance.
• Address alerts and complaints from stores and warehouses.
• Manage the alert and crisis system related to product quality.
• Collaborate in the training of company resources.
• Assess criteria and processes for evolving technical and regulatory standards.
