Xebia is seeking a QA governance expert with 5+ years of ensuring high-quality software across complex delivery programs. You will coordinate customer-facing QA, manage QA gates, and ensure complete, auditable evidence for reviews.

Strong Salesforce testing, defect lifecycle ownership, and Jira-driven processes are essential. You will collaborate across internal teams and external testers, driving quality metrics, traceability, and risk mitigation.

Competenze

• 5+ years of QA coordination across complex delivery projects.
• Experience coordinating customer-facing QA processes and primary QA contact.
• Plan, prepare and manage QA gate evidence for formal reviews.
• Maintain test evidence and quality documentation (testbooks, reports).
• Experience with defect triage and lifecycle management in Jira.

• Coordinate QA activities across delivery teams, QA, and testing providers.
• Manage QA gates, evidence, and readiness for acceptance and invoicing milestones.
• Review and ensure traceability, completeness, and audit readiness of artifacts.
