About the Role:

As a QA Support Agent, you\'ll play a key role in ensuring our Final Travel Documents are accurate and client-ready before being sent.

You\'ll review, verify, and manage documents, working closely with our Support and Operations teams to maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review Final Travel Documents (itineraries, confirmations, vouchers) for accuracy and consistency
  • Flag and correct errors, formatting issues, or missing info
  • Implement QA procedures and contribute to documentation improvements
  • Handle urgent or last-minute client-related document updates
  • Master Travelive destinations, services, and itineraries
  • Maintaining organized communication via email and various channels
  • Overseeing client itineraries and documents and ensuring prompt delivery
  • Offer travel solutions based on client requirements and resolving issues effectively and quickly
  • Assist with generating weekly and monthly reports to the Director of Customer Support
What we are looking for:

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in travel operations, support, or quality assurance is a plus
  • Comfortable working with travel-related software and Microsoft Outlook, Excel
