UPS is seeking a Healthcare Quality Assurance Project Lead (Somaglia, Lombardy) to coordinate and support QA activities across healthcare projects, ensuring QMS compliance with ISO 9001/13485 and EU GMP/GDP guidelines. The role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to deliver robust, compliant project outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in sciences, QA experience, and strong root cause analysis and project management skills, with Italian/English fluency and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in sciences required.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485.
• Knowledge of GMP and GDP guidelines is advantageous.
• Experience in Supply Chain industry is an advantage.
• Must have root cause analysis skills (5 whys, FMEA).
• Must have project management experience.

Mansioni

• Coordinate QMS implementation and maintenance per ISO 9001/13485 and EU guidelines.
• Assess and support projects from quality and compliance perspective.
• Coordinate/execute projects such as setting up QMS in a new building, client opportunities, equipment, processes.
• Support external audits within project management scope.
• Conduct risk assessments of QMS processes.
• Support process validation and design qualification in new buildings/clients.
• Track project progress and capture best practices.
• Coordinate improvement projects across departments.
• Create and provide training related to client implementation.
• Create change controls for projects.
