Senior Software Engineer presso Ringmaster S.r.l.

It provides technical and domain expertise coupled with development and innovation methodology to create multiplatform, multichannel and multi-user software solutions and products.

Your goal will be to:

As a QA Lead, you will play a key role in building a quality-first culture across our development teams. From defining test strategies to leading automation initiatives and mentoring QA engineers, you will ensure that every product release meets the highest standards of reliability, performance, and user experience.

• Define, implement and continuously improve the overall QA strategy, frameworks and processes across multiple projects
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Plan, design, and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including functional, regression, performance, and automation testing
• Drive the adoption of automated testing tools and CI/CD integration to improve efficiency and coverage
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery
• Contribute to the continous enhancement of testing environments, pipelines, and QA documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer, preferably in complex and distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions)
• Knowledge of microservices architectures, REST APIs, and cloud environments (e.g. Azure)
• Experience in performance, load, and security testing is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and leadership skills: able to inspire, guide, and support the QA team
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional international teams
