Overview

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and team members to review and analyze technical specifications.
• Validate software produced by developers to ensure high quality and business value.
• Develop and ensure adherence to technical best practices.
• Define QA processes and tools for both internal teams and customer representatives.
• Conduct manual and automated tests, analyze results, and validate non-functional requirements.
• Identify, analyze, and report problems.
• Coach and mentor other QA team members.
• Document and share best practices across project teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Agile software development processes.
• Strong knowledge of testing techniques and practices.
• Good diagnostics and debugging skills.
• Basic understanding of software architecture.
• Experience with tools that enhance content, structure, quality, and efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Nice to have:
• Experience as a software tester on successful projects.
• Experience with automation frameworks, scripting languages, and OOP.
• Academic background in IT.
• Software testing certifications like ISTQB or BBST.
